Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic 2016/2017 Application Form is Out

The is to inform all candidate who choose Nuhu
Bamalli Polytechnic Zaria, Kaduna State in the Joint
Admission and Matriculation Board, Examination
(JAMB-) that the 2016/2017 ND/HND/Part Time and
Evening Class Application form is now on sale.
ELIGIBILITY:
1. You must score above 150 in your Joint
Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB-)
2. You must have a minimum of five (5) Credit
pass in your Senior School Certificate
Examination(SSCE)
3. For HND Applicant, you Must have your
National Diploma Certificate (ND) Result with
not less than Lower Credit, otherwise
Please note that Awaiting Result can also Apply.
While going to fill the form in a café please make
sure you are with the following documents;
Your Recent Passport photograph with white
or Red Background
With you WAEC result, for awaiting you are to
go with your WAEC Identity Card.
For HND Applicants, you are to include you
ND result with the Above Mentioned, while for
UTME Applicant, you are to go with your Jamb
result slip.
Date of birth and state of Origin is required in
the form.
