Photo: Suspects Of Oyingbo Robbery Busted By Vigilante Group

Vigilante Group in Oyingbo area has busted the the armed robbery gang that raided Oyingbo market.
According to Punch, the Lagos State Police Command have arrested a suspected robber, Saliu John, on the Old Apapa Road, Oyingbo, after allegedly dispossessing some market women of about N28,000.
Punch correspondent learnt that John, who was said to have come to the area with two others, was nabbed by members of a vigilante group after he reportedly
missed his way after the operation. John and other accomplices had suddenly become separated, forcing the suspect to hide behind a tanker parked on the road.
It was learnt that some local security men later sighted him there. Punch Metro learnt that John, who was arrested at about 9pm on Monday, was questioned by the security men and he told them that he had come to do business in the area from Ijora, after which he missed his way.
When the suspect was, however, searched, the vigilance group members were said to have found different purses containing money, arousing the suspicion of the security men that John allegedly attacked some market women.
The suspect was said to have been taken to the Iponri Police Division on Tuesday. A member of the vigilance service executive, identified only as Musibau, told Punch Metro that John’s three-man gang usually came from the Ijora area to rob on Jones, Atitebi and
neighbouring streets on the Old Apapa Road. Musibau added that when John could not account for the cash found on him, the security men knew he was a robber.
He said: “It was at about 8.30pm on Monday. The robber was hiding behind a tanker parked by the roadside. It was a security man at a hotel nearby who noticed the stranded robber and alerted the vigilance group.
“When we searched him, we found purses containing
sums of N1,500, N3,000, N2,500 among others, which added up to around N28,000.
He could not give account of where he got the purses. He initially lied that he was coming from the Ijora area to do business and he had missed his way. “Later, he confessed to robbery, and we held him until the morning when policemen from Iponri came to take him away.
The hoodlums have a culture of robbing women who are returning from markets in the evening. They would attack them with broken bottles and clubs and collect their day’s sales. “We learnt that the suspect came with two others who had escaped, but he got separated from them and was left behind.
We did not find any weapon on John. But he came from the Ijora Badia, Apapa area.” A resident, identified only as Kareem, said the gang also stole the batteries of two cars parked on Atitebi Street.
Punch learnt that the vigilance group and the police were making efforts to track the two other suspected robbers. The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Joe Offor, promised to get back on the incident. He, however, had yet to do so as of press time.

The sleep that you get just after you’ve made love will be much more relaxed. Getting a good night’s sleep will make you feel alert and overall healthy.
One of the brain’s stress-relieving chemicals, oxytocin, is released during making love. That oxytocin does not only increase endorphins and decrease pain, but it can also help put you to sleep. “S-x, and feeling loved, decreases stress, which makes worries disappear and allows you to fall into a deep sleep.”
It also involves muscle contractions and movement that deplete the body of energy, allowing it to be flooded with those feel-good, soothing hormones.
2. It Burns Calories.
Making love is a great form of exercise and helps burn those stubborn calories.
Studies suggest that making love on a regular basis is as good as pumping some iron in the gym. Also, it involves muscular movement of the thighs, legs, arms, shoulders and lower abdomen which equals a total body workout.
The average session burns about 150 calories, comparable to an easy yoga session or a walk. It’s a nice exercise. It burns calories, especially if it is doing by a variety of styles and position. Making love is a good way to lose weight.
3. It Boosts Your Immune System.
Making love just once or twice a week has been linked to having higher levels of an antibody called immunoglobulin, which can increase your protection from colds and other infections by up to 30 percent.
4. It Keeps You Young.
There’s no doubt that an active romantic life makes couples live a happy and longer life.
Research suggests that regular lovemaking allows the release of endorphins and boosts the skin’s production of vitamin D, which in turn makes one look and feel young.
5. It Helps to Get Relieves From Stress.

8. It Helps to Reduce Pain.
Making love is a nice natural pain reducer. According to studies, vaginal stimulation may lead to increased pain tolerance which in turn has the power to ease out pain during periods, arthritis and migraine.
As the hormone oxytocin surges, endorphins increase, and pain declines. For chronic pain sufferers, forget about popping toxic pain pills, s-x is the way to go.
Migraines and chronic back pain have been shown to be reduced, thanks to these incredible natural healers. S-x wards off the flu and colds. A lovemaking session can release the tension that restricts blood vessels in the brain.
9. It Helps Women More Beautiful
It helps women to be more beautiful. During making of love, women produce the estrogen hormone in significant amounts.
These hormones can make women’s skin smoother and makes hair becomes shiny. Sweat that released during s-x can cleanse the pores and make skin glow.

A steamy session powered by s-x can easily perk up your mood and keep you in a happy zone.
Researches shows that a positive relationship significantly improves the overall health and well- being. Happily married couples are less likely to develop health problems such as cancer and heart failure, and will live longer on average.
Your body will experience a whole roller coaster of hormones during s-x and reminisce afterwards. The main hormone is oxytocin, also known as the hormone of love is called.

My husband disappeared after our wedding night (true life story)

It is a fact that women are like flowers that withers at night time. A man on the other hand can be liken to wine, he gets better by the season and best when it is old. No wonder, the wine is best served when it is old.
My case can be liken to the flowers because l am a woman and l have an expiry date. I have been married for twenty years and in those twenty years; I slept with my husband only once.
Unfortunately, l didn’t take-in and I wish l had
because I would have been consoled. Yes I would have been a happy person because the story won’t be told this way.
My name is Ufuoma and like the name explains, l am from that part of Nigeria where married women must stay faithful to their vows or face the consequence. The culture doesn’t care if she is not getting any show at all.
So it has been terrible and excruciating for me all
these years. It is not because I would naturally have gone out of my matrimonial bed, but because my husband hasn’t been home in a long, long while and while he was here, l only slept with him on my wedding night.
I had thought about it and each time I decide to end the union, he would beg that I wait for awhile. It is twenty years today, l am close to breaking point and his family members are not helping matters…
