Federal Poly Bauchi HND, Pre-ND, Certificate Courses Form – 2016/17

Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi, FPTB HND, Pre-ND and Certificate Courses admission forms for the 2016/2017 academic session are now on sale.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi (FPTB-) Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes, Pre-National Diploma (PRE-ND) programmes and Certificate Courses for the 2016/2017 academic session.
Federal Polytechnic Bauchi HND Entry Requirements.
A good National Diploma (ND) in the relevant field, awarded by the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi or any other Polytechnic/College of Technology, accredited for the award of National Diploma by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) or any other equivalent qualifications acceptable to the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi. Evidence of JAMB Admission for the completed ND programme must be attached.
Applicants must have at least one year post ND working experience (for those with a minimum of Lower Credit), evidence of which must be attached. Candidates should also request their former Institutions to forward their ND academic transcripts to the Registrar (Academic) Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi.

Federal Polytechnic Bauchi Higher Diploma, Crime Management & Control (HDCMC) Entry Requirements.
Applicants must have a good Diploma in Crime Management and Control, Psychology, Law, Social Work and Community Development with at least Lower Credit from a recognized Institution. Acceptable O/Level results with at least Five (5) credit passes in English and Mathematics plus three (3) relevant subjects are also required.
Federal Polytechnic Bauchi Diploma Entry Requirements.
Applicants are required to have Credit in O/L Mathematics, English Language plus any three (3) out of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, Agricultural Science, Economics, Commerce, Financial Accounting, Government and any other Social Science subject relevant to his choice. This is a one-year preliminary course designed for candidates who do not meet the requirements for direct admission into the ND courses in the sciences. Pre-ND courses are strictly meant for candidates from catchment areas of the Polytechnic and other educationally disadvantaged states.Candidates must indicate their Departments of choice from the following:

After payment, return to the same website to continue your application with the Application Number and phone number you started the application with.
All applicants except those applying for ND Programme are to make payment of non-refundable fee of N6, 500.00. Applicants are to carefully follow the instructions on the website before proceeding to any Bank of their choice or REMITA.NET to pay online.
All applications should be completed on-line and submitted not later than six (6) weeks from the date of publication of this advertisement. Date of publication is June 13, 2016.

The Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi post UTME form for the 2016/2017 academic session admission exercise is out.
This is to inform the general public that the sales of Application form for admission into various National Diploma (ND) programmes in the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi (FPTB) has commenced.
Federal Polytechnic Bauchi Admission Requirements.
Candidates must possess at least four (5) credit Passes at SSCE/NECO level, or equivalent qualification obtained at one or two sittings which MUST include English Language and Mathematics in addition to any other three passes relevant to the area of interest. All eligible JAMB candidates who chose Federal Polytechnic Bauchi as institution of their choice are required to pay a non-refundable screening fee of N2,000.00 only to enable them upload their credentials on the polytechnic portal.

FCAHPTVOM Admission Form is Out – 2016/17 [HND and Remedial]

Evidence of attempting the Senior Secondary School Examination (SSCE) organised by WAEC or NECO or their equivalent in science subjects.
Higher National Diploma in Animal Health
Applicants must possess all the following:
1.Five Credit level passes in SSCE/GCE or its equivalent in not more than two (2) sittings. Credit passes in English language, Mathematics, Biology/Agricultural Science, Chemistry and any other science subject. At least a pass in Chemistry is compulsory.
2.National Diploma in Animal Health and Production Technology with a minimum of lower credit pass.
*.A minimum of one year post National Diploma cognate experience.
1.In exceptional cases, National Diploma certificate holders with a pass but with two (2) or more years cognate experience may be considered.
2.The candidate must be from National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) accredited programme.

Authorities of the University of Lagos (UNILAG), School of Postgraduate Studies, invite applications from suitably qualified candidates from recognized institutions for admission into the various Postgraduate programmes offered by the institution for the 2016/2017 academic session on full-time and Part-Time basis.

UNILAG Postgraduate Admission – General Requirements.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS PGD & M.Sc.
An applicant for admission to a programme shall be:
1. Must possess a Bachelors’s degree of this University or any approved University;
2. A person who holds other qualification(s) recognized by senate of the University of Lagos;
3. In addition to (i) and (ii) above, an applicant may be required, as a condition for admission, to undergo a selection process in the form of written and/or oral examinations.
NOTES:
1. (i) Candidates who have not completed the National Youth Service Corps programme or currently undergoing a Postgraduate programme need not apply. Such applicants will be automatically disqualified.
2. Candidates awaiting Bachelor’s degree results need not apply.
3. A holder of Degree obtained from an Outreach/Satellite are not eligible to apply.
4. All academic transcripts must reach the Deputy Registrar/Administrative Secretary, School of Postgraduate Studies on or before the start of the session admission is being sought.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS for M.Phil and Ph.D
Masters of Philosophy (M.Phil)
To qualify for admission to the above programme:
(i) Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s honours degree from this University or any other approved University with at least a Second Class (Upper Division).
(ii) Candidates with a Master’s degree with a minimum of CGPA of at least 3.50.
(iii) All candidates to the M.Phil. programmes must contact the respective department for availability of supervisors before applying.
(iv) The candidate may be required to undergo a selection process as determined by the respective department.
Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D)
(i) A candidate who has obtained the degree of Master of Philosophy must have a minimum CGPA of 4.0.
(ii) A candidate who has obtained the degree of Masters of Science must have a minimum CGPA of 4.0.
(iii) Candidates must clear with the respective Departments as to the availability of vacancies/supervisors before applying.
(iv) All candidates may be required to undergo a selection process as may be determined by the department.
