Fed Poly Zamfara 1st Semester Examination Time-table 2015/2016 Announced

The 1st semester Examination time-table of the Federal Polytechnic Kaura Namoda Zamfara has been released.
According to the time table, the examination will commence February 15th, 2016 and end March 1st, 2016.

NYSC Apologizes For Delay In Payment Of Corps Members' January Allowance

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in a statement released on Thursday urged Corps members to remain calm over the delay in the payment of their January allowance.
The statement which was signed by the Director Media and Publicity of the corps, Mrs Bose Aderibigbe said the delay is due to inconsistencies in the planning figures from the NYSC, Ministry of Budget and National Planning, and the Ministry of Finance, respectively for 2016.
The statement further stated that the delay is highly regretted while assuring Corps Members that the management is working to ensure they receive their allowances within the next one week.

JAMB 2016 Candidates Protest Lack Of Exam Centres In Ibadan



Report has it that some UTME candidates on Tuesday in Ibadan protested the unavailability of centres to write the examination.
It was gathered that the candidates numbering about 100 marched to media houses in Ibadan calling on the government to intervene so they wouldn't be denied the right to participate in the examination.
One of the candidates who spoke said that there were no centres for them to write the exams in the region.
“Can you imagine a candidate travelling as far as Enugu to write examination just because there is no centre here? Some candidates will go to Abuja, Nasarawa, Edo from the South West?"
“... all of us who registered sometime in January have no centres. We have gone to them in JAMB to complain but they did not address our problems. The deadline was last Friday but it was extended to this Friday.” He lamented

KWACOED Notice To Students On 2015/2016 Registration Deadline

This is to inform all NCE students (returning and freshmen) that the 2015/2016 academic session NCE registration that commenced on 18th January, 2016 will close on 8th February, 2016.
In the light of the foregoing, students who are yet to pay their school fees and complete other registration formalities are hereby advised to do so on or before 8th February, 2016 in their own interest.
Please note that late registration will not be entertained, as there will be no room to reopen the portal.
