ABU Sandwich (LVT) Admission List is Out – 2016/17

Ahmadu Bello University, ABU Long Vocational Teaching (LVT)/Sandwich admission list for the 2016/2017 academic session is out.
The management of the Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) has released the names of candidates offered provisional admission into its Long Vocational Teaching (LVT) programmes in the Faculty of Education for the 2016/2017 Academic Session.

2.Enter your ‘Application Number’ in the appropriate column,
3.Finally, click on search to access your admission status.

ABU IJMB & Pre-Degree Admission Forms are Out – 2016/17

Ahmadu Bello University, ABU basic (IJMB) and remedial (pre-degree) programmes admission forms for the 2016/2017 academic session are now on sale.
Applications are welcomed from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Basic (IJMB) and Remedial programmes for 2016/2017 Session.
Sale of School of Basic and Remedial Studies of Ahmadu Bello University, Funtua admission forms will commence from Monday 8th August, 2016 to Friday 7th October, 2016..
ABU IJMB Admission Requirements.
Basic (IJMB) Studies Programme
i. Candidates for this programme must possess a minimum offive (5) credits including English Language and Mathematics in not more than two sittings with any of the following subject combinations:
BS1: Biology, Chemistry, Physics;
BS2: Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics;
BS3: Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics;
BS4: Chemistry, Geography, Physics;
BS5: Mathematics, Geography, Physics.
ii. Candidates admitted for the Basic Studies Programme are also expected to register for 2017 JAMB Direct Entry Admission.
iii. The duration of the Basic Studies Programme is twelve (12) months only.
ABU Remedial Admission Requirements.
Remedial Studies Programme
i. Candidates for this programme must possess at least three (3) credits in science subjects (in not more than one sitting) with any of the under listed subject combinations and any two passes at ‘O’ level in the other subjects offered in the school.
RS1: Biology, Chemistry, Geography;
RS2: Biology, Chemistry, Physics;
RS3: Biology, Geography, Physics;
RS4: Chemistry, Geography, Physics.
ii. Candidates admitted for the Remedial Studies must register and pass at credit level the SSCE or NECO in the subjects they are deficient.
iii. Candidates must also register for the 2017/2018 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and obtain the minimum pass mark approved by the Federal Government and
must choose Ahmadu Bello University as first choice.
iv. The duration of the Remedial Studies Programme is twelve (12) months only.
ABU Basic & Remedial Admission Method of Application.
To register, candidates are required to follow the procedures below:
*.Go to the SBRS e-forms portal at sbrs.abu.edu.ng/eforms
*.Click on the TRANSANCTION-ID link to create your account and generate your unique transaction-ID. Please do not forget yourlog-in IDandPassword.
*.Print out your payment slip and proceed to any of the designated banks and make payment.
*.Go back to the portal and log in with your ID and password to fill and submit your form.
*.Applicants are required to pay the sum of N4,500.00 (four thousand five hundred naira) only which covers the cost of form, screening and pre-admission test expenses. This amount is exclusive of a bank administrative charge of N200.00 (two hundred naira).
*.The designated banks for the exercise are:

*.First Bank of Nigeria, Plc.

Kaduna Polytechnic Post UTME Screening Form – 2016/17

Kaduna Polytechnic, KADPOLY post UTME / admission screening application form for the 2016/2017 academic session. KADPOLY post UTME cut-off mark is 180.
This is to inform the general public especially 2016 UTME candidates who applied for admission into Kaduna Polytechnic for Nation Diploma and B. Tech (Ed) in affiliation with Federal University of Technology, Minna 100 level and Direct Entry that Kaduna Polytechnic will conduct its Post UTME screening exercise. The details are as follows:
The Post UTME screening is open to ONLY’ candidates who chose Kaduna Polytechnic as their 1st‘ Choice of Institution and scored 180 and above in the 2016 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) for National Diploma and B. Tech (Ed) 100 Level as well as Direct Entry Programmes.
Kaduna Polytechnic Post UTME Screening Method of Application.
1.Eligible candidates are to pay a fee of N2, 500.00 using the Kcmitn Website ( www.remita.net) in the following procedure:
2.Click “ pay a Federal Government Agency” link:
3.Enter “Federal Kaduna Polytechnic” as name of the MDA;
4.Select the sen ice type (Post UTME Screening);
5.Submit (after filling in the remaining information. Note that candidates are to write the name of their department in the row for description of payment) to generate a Kemita Retrieval Reference (RRR), unique payment reference for your transaction, which should be presented at any payment channel;
6.Select your preferred payment channel to make payment. The payment channels are:
*.Any branch of a commercial Bank nationwide;
*.Debit/credit card (Master Card, Verve, Visa);
*.Internet banking site;
*.Digital Wallet/Mobile Money;
7.Remita Profile (for registered remita users) and
8.Present evidence of payment at the Bursary Department, Central Administration, Tudun Wada Campus for an official receipt to be issued.

SCREENING DATE:
The screening exercise is to hold on 23rdAugust, 2016 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Candidates are to report at the departments offering their proposed programmes of study with the following items:
*.Receipt of payment of Screening Fees obtained from the Bursary Division,
*.JAMB Score Slip,
*.Original SSC/NBT/NTC or Statement of Results.

UNN Change of Course/Department Form is Out – 2016/17

University of Nigeria, Nsukka, UNN change of course/department application form for the 2016/2017 academic session is out. The minimum required GPA is 1.00.
Applications are invited from suitably interested and qualified students of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) who have made a minimum G.P.A. of 1.00 but wish to change their department/course to apply for the 2016/2017 academic session change of course form.
UNN Change of Course Guidelines.
1. Application for Change of Degree Programme should be received at the end of each session. The processing of the application should be completed not later than one month from the beginning of the new session.
2. Students who wish to change their degree programme should adhere to the Application procedure as indicated below.
3. The Admissions Office will confirm the students’ eligibility for the new Departments and process the applications of the students listed in the payment schedule.
4. Movement of Application forms from the Admissions Office to the Faculties and back should be done in batches. Students should not be involved in the movement of the forms.
5. At the end of the stipulated period, only those who have completed the process will be registered in their new Departments. There will be no carryover of the process to another session.
6. For a student to change from one Department to another, he/she must make the minimum GPA of 1.00. Each Department will determine the minimum cut off GPA for accepting students into the Department, through Change of Degree Programme.
7. No other form of payment should be made or collected for Change of Degree Programme, except that indicated in the Application procedure.
UNN Change of Course Application Method.
1.Eligible candidates are requested to visit the University of Nigeria website unn.edu.ngor portal unnportal.edu.ng, log in your Registration number to generate and download a payment invoice which contains a Remita number; the invoice will enable you to make your payment at any commercial bank.
2.With the Payment Invoice, the candidate is requested to pay Five thousand naira (N5,000.00) application processing fee. Ensure that the Invoice number is keyed in appropriately at the Bank and obtain a confirmation slip containing your Confirmation number and Invoice number.
3.To complete the Change of Degree Form online, visit the University of Nigeria website or portal and log in your Registration number and Invoice number.
Note:Candidates who fail to register within the stipulated period or complete their form online will not be processed while any extraneous payment will nullify the application.
Online registration commences onMonday 8thAugust, 2016and ends on Friday16thSeptember, 2016.

Lagos State University, LASU JUPEB late registration for the 2016/2017 academic session is now on.
Authority of the Lagos State University (LASU) has announced the commencement of the JUPEB programme late registration.
Candidates who are still interested to enroll for LASU Foundation [JUPEB] programme for the2016/2017 Calendar Yearcan now do so as the management has approved late registration for the programme.

Federal University Lokoja, FULOKOJA felicitates with the first set of graduating students. Maiden Convocation has been set for22nd October, 2016.
