MOUAU Post UTME / Admission IQ Screening Form is Out – 2016/17

Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, MOUAU post UTME / Admission screening application form for the 2016/2017 academic session is out.
Authorities of the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU) invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to apply for their various undergraduate programmes admission exercise for the 2016/2017 academic session.
MOUAU Post-UTME / Admission IQ Screening Eligibility.
All candidates who scored 180 and above and made Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike first Choice are eligible.
MOUAU Post-UTME / Admission IQ Screening Requirements.
Beginning fromWednesday 22ndJune, 2016, candidates are required to register online for the IQ screening. To register, candidates must proceed below.
Note: Online Application closes by11.59pmon the15th of July 2016.
MOUAU Post UTME – Method of Application.
1.Visit www.mouau.edu.ngor www.mouauportal.edu.ng
2.Click on the 2016/2017 Admission Screening banner
3.Enter a valid email address for records purposes
4.Input JAMB Registration no, this lead you to the Remita payment platform where aRemita Retrieval Reference(RRR)number is generated with which payment of N 2,000.00 can be made. Payment can be done by debit/credit card or by taking your RRR number to any bank nationwide and deposit cash. Return to the site to continue registration.
5.Note: transaction charges apply (P.S: if you encounter any challenges after payments, kindly contact the University portal Office or send email tosupport@ mouauportal.edu.ng )
6.Register by filling a form online and selecting proposed Department and other requisite details.
7.Upload either WAEC/NECO/NABTEB results or any other result that qualifies you for the screening exercise. Enter Awaiting result if no results are ready for upload or if taken in the current year. Upload a current coloured passport photograph.
Note: Some fields are pre-filled and cannot be changed
8.Fill the form, submit and can take print out after executing the Submit button. System sends a copy of submitted forms to your email for records.

FUTA Matriculates 53, Charges Students on Maintenance of Law & Order

Federal University of Technology, Akure, FUTA matriculates 53 matriculating students for the Master’s Degree Programme in Geo-Information Technology for the 2014/2015 and 2015/2016 academicsessions.
The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Adebiyi Daramola has charged newly matriculated students of the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) to reciprocate Management’s effort at providing conducive learning atmosphere by maintaining law and order on campus.
Addressing 53 matriculating students for the Master’s Degree Programme in Geo-Information Technology for the 2014/2015 and 2015/2016 academicsessions under the FUTA/Regional Centre for Training in Aerospace Surveys (RECTAS) collaboration, the Vice-Chancellor, who was represented by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academics), Professor Olatunde Arayela charged matriculating students to take advantage of the unique opportunity of being trained in FUTA, the nation’s leading University of Technology.
He emphasized that FUTA has all it takes to equip the students to confront challenges related to Geo-Information Technology, hence enjoined them to invest in the pursuit of their academic which he reiterated was the reason for their application and subsequent admission rather than forming and or joining gangs that will jeopardize their mission. He advised them to acquaint themselves with the academic culture of the University as a means of staying abreast.
He also expressed gratitude to the Dean, School of Postgraduate Studies; Professor Oludare Ajewole who he said had contributed in no small measure to the success of the matriculation and Postgraduate School as a whole. Principal Officers of the University, Deans, Senior members of staff and Principal Officers of RECTAS were present at the Matriculation.
