Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital 2015/2016 Post UTME Screening Date, Procedure Announced. This is to inform all candidates who made School of Health Information Management, Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital their first and second choice of Institution and scored 150 and above in the 2015 UTME that the institution has commence the sale of its 2015/2016 Post-UTME Screening Form.
Requirements
Eligible candidates include:
Those who made School at Health Information Management, OAUTHC, Ile-Ife the first and second choice of Institution in the 2015 UTME and;
Those who may wish to change their course to Health Information Management with five(5) O Level in relevant subjects at not more than two sittings in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, Physics or Chemistry and any other one of the followings, Economics, Government, Geography and Further Mathematics.
In addition to the above, all applicants must know that final admission into the school shall be based on the JAMB-UTME approved cut-off mark of 150 for Polytechnics, Monotechnics and Colleges of Education in the 2016/2018 Academic Session.
