Applicants should possess five (5) 0′ Level credits in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language and in not more than two (2) sittings.
Completed Forms
All completed forms should reach the Admissions Office on or before 15th October, 2015 with the following documents enclosed:
1.Receipt for the form
2.Credentials
3.Certificate of Local Government of origin
4.Birth Certificate or sworn Declaration of Age
Screening
Candidates shall be screened on Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st October, 2015 at 9.00am each day in their respective Departments.

15th October, 2015.
