This is to notify our esteemed Students that in accordance with the report of the March 2015
accreditation exercise by the National Universities Commission (NUC), the following changes have
been made:
i. Nomenclature of some programmes
ii. Domiciliation in different Schools in conformity with the existing Bench Mark for Academic
Standard (BMAS) of the NUC.
The approved changes are in the underlisted programmes and schools: **see picture for details**
Students of Public Health are to note that two new compulsory courses have been introduced as a
result of the upgrade as follows:
i. PHS 203 - Introduction to Public Health
ii. PHS 511 - Applied Epidemiology
For further clarification on the effect of these changes, students are advised to visit their study centres.Thank you.
